  • This deep filled 100g bar combines quality 70% cacao from Valrhona with the beautiful taste of almond.

    Valrhona Guanaja originates from the Carribean, and is made from a blend of Criollo & Trinitario beans. It is powerful in flavour with a reduced acidic taste, which leaves a noticeably lingering chocolate taste with intensity & depth.

    Inside this bar, you will taste a high grade marzipan from Argentina, made with a higher percentage of almonds than most comonly found brands. The bar also contains a smooth ganache made with Amaretto almond liqueur.*

    For further texture, crushed amaretti biscuits from Italy, adorn the underside of the bar.
